But the worst mistake involved Bradley's bungling of getting Mom to Newfoundland, Canada. The very first thing asked when I called Bradley's was if they would be able to assist us in bringing Mom home to Newfoundland to lay her to rest. I was assured that they had experience in transporting people to other countries for burials and that it would be "easy" to make these arrangements. Not only did it take significantly longer than we were told it would take, but we were asked after the mass here in New Jersey if we wanted Mom to be buried with her jewelry and we said yes.
